Terms & Conditions

 1. Definitions“Coach” refers to the cricket coaching provider.“Client” refers to the individual, parent/guardian, or organisation booking services.“Sessions” refers to coaching lessons, camps, or training programs.

2. Services ProvidedThe Coach agrees to deliver cricket coaching services including technical training, fitness guidance, and match preparation as agreed at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment Terms 

All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system on this website OR via a whatsapp poll. 

​

Payment must be made prior to the session/package start date unless otherwise agreed. 

Packages are non-transferable unless approved by the Coach. 

​

Prices are subject to change with prior notice. 

 Cancellations within: 

​

• 2 weeks of the event - no charge 

• 1 week of the event - 50% charge 

• 24 hours of the event / No show - 100% charge 

The Coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. 

Refunds are not provided for unused sessions within a package. 

In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the Coach’s discretion. 

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to participation. 

Participation is at the Client’s own risk.

Appropriate cricket equipment must be worn where necessary (e.g., helmet, pads). 

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards: coaches, other participants and venue/infrastructure/equipment.

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from sessions without refund. 

The Coach is not liable for any injuries sustained during sessions except where caused by proven negligence. 

​

The Coach is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. 

Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and collection of minors. 

All safeguarding policies will be followed in accordance with relevant regulations. Please ask to see our compliance documents. 

Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather. 

Alternative arrangements (indoor session or reschedule) will be offered where possible. 

​The Coach may take photos/videos for promotional purposes unless the Client opts out in writing. 

The Coach reserves the right to terminate services if terms are breached. 

No refunds will be issued in such cases. 

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

By booking services, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
